Caterings require 7 business days advanced notice and request to be confirmed by both parties within 3 business days. Changes thereafter may or may not occur.
After meetings/events are done, food that is left over will be disposed of. A few take out boxes may be given prior (except boxed lunches).
Catering Team will come retrieve items 15 mins after the meeting time ends to ensure the room is cleared for the next meeting.
Kindly leave all catering equipment and platters for crew to clean up – if items are missing from event, the department will be charged the cost of missing item.
